WA CRM ("we", "us") provides a WhatsApp messaging platform for businesses. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.
We do not sell your personal data or your contacts' data to third parties.
Message content passes through our systems solely to deliver it via WhatsApp. You are responsible for having the consent of your recipients and for complying with WhatsApp's terms and applicable messaging laws. We may retain message logs to provide delivery reports; you can request their removal.
We use session cookies that keep you signed in and protect forms against forgery (CSRF). We do not use third-party advertising or tracking cookies.
Data is shared only with service providers required to run the platform — such as hosting infrastructure, WhatsApp/Meta APIs and payment gateways — and when the law requires it.
We keep your data while your account is active. You may ask us to close your account and delete your personal data; some records (for example payment records) may be retained where the law requires it.
Passwords are stored hashed, sensitive credentials are encrypted, and access to our systems is restricted. No online service can guarantee absolute security, so please use a strong, unique password.
You may access, correct or delete your personal information, or object to its processing, by contacting us.
We may update this policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top shows the current version; significant changes will be announced on the site.
